Shipping and Returns
Can I return vouchers?
  Voucher exchanges and refunds are strictly prohibited. All voucher purchases are final.

CompTIA Voucher Terms and Conditions:
  • One voucher is valid for one exam.
  • Vouchers are program specific, and in some cases, exam specific. Ensure you have made a voucher purchase for the correct exam. Please take care in reading the content of each voucher description before confirming payment.
  • Vouchers are only available for purchase and use in North America: Vouchers are not redeemable outside the North American region.
  • Candidates must register and take their examination prior to the voucher expiration date: Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  • CompTIA and participating test providers are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher numbers.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferable.
  • Vouchers are not applicable towards exams that have already been taken.
  • CompTIA vouchers may not be resold.
Has my order shipped?
  To view your Order Status, you must first login to access your account. This ensures that your private information will be secure. To login to your account, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Review orders / track packages" to check your order status.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping charges vary by carrier and are automatically calculated at checkout. To calculate shipping on your selected items, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can select a shipping method.

When will my order ship?
  Total Delivery Time for Your Order
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. The processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.
We offer three shipping methods for most items:
  • Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
  • 2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
  • 1-Day Shipping (1 business day)
Please note:
  • Shipping times do not include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.
  • For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.
  • Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks.
Weather-related shipping delays are not within the control of CompTIA Affiliate Marketplace.

Digital Products
Digital products will be emailed 1-2 business days after your order is processed and payment is received. Please contact customer service if you have not received your digital products after 2 business days.

Physical Products
Physical products that are in stock will usually ship within 24-48 hours after placing the order. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the product has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you may login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Review orders / track packages". You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 1-2 business days of shipment.
