My Account
What if I do not have an .edu email address?
  Unfortunately you will not be able to purchase on the CompTIA Academic Marketplace.  Only option is to contact your academic institution and ask them to become a CompTIA Partner which would open up other options to secure these levels of discounts.
How do I create an account?
  To create a new account:
1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Below the New Customers heading, click the “Continue” button to begin your first-time registration.

3) Follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Note: You will need to use a valid .edu email address to register.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  To edit your account information, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.   Next, under "Personal Information" select the appropriate option to edit your account information.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Print invoices" to view and print invoices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password?" Click the link and then enter the email address you use to sign in to your account.  The site will automatically send you an email with a link to reset your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Note: There are no returns or exchanges on voucher purchases.
